What happens after I send a fit request?
ARIIA reviews the one workflow you submitted and contacts you only about that request. If it is a fit, you receive the scope, responsible provider, delivery date, fee, and payment terms in writing before an invoice. Sending the form does not create a purchase or marketing subscription.
When would I pay?
Only after fit and scope are confirmed and you have reviewed an official ALMFC LLC invoice. The public funnel does not auto-charge a card, create a subscription, or ask for payment credentials.
What information should I provide?
Name one repeatable workflow and its main friction. Decision authority and timing are optional at first and can be clarified in the reply. Use sanitized examples. Never submit passwords, API keys, payment details, regulated records, or confidential client data through the request form.
How long does the audit take?
Timing depends on access to the process owner and the complexity of the workflow. The working-session schedule, required inputs, and delivery date are agreed in writing before payment—not promised vaguely after purchase.
Does USD $497 include implementation?
No. The fixed fee covers one workflow diagnostic, the as-is handoff map, one priority system blueprint, and a 30-day action plan. Any build or implementation is a separate decision and is never assumed.
Do you guarantee savings, revenue, or automation?
